Who Is the Gingerdead Man?
Once a human serial killer named Millard Findlemeyer, the Gingerdead Man is resurrected as a murderous, foul-mouthed gingerbread cookie after his ashes are baked into dough by a witch — who also happens to be his mother.
With a face full of icing, a razor-toothed grin, and a voice full of sneers, the Gingerdead Man may be tiny, but he’s got a mean streak. He stabs, shoots, slices, and burns — all while cackling and delivering ridiculous one-liners. Don’t be fooled by his size or baked-good status — this cookie kills.
The Gingerdead Man (2005)

Directed by Charles Band, the first film follows Millard Findlemeyer — a killer caught and sentenced to death after murdering a family in a Texas diner. His ashes are secretly mixed into cookie batter by his witch mother, and when baked at the bakery of his last surviving victim, he comes back to life… as a demonic gingerbread man.
He quickly begins stalking and killing those inside the bakery with knives, rolling pins, and even a revolver. The kills are absurd and cartoonishly violent — the tone of the film hovers between low-budget horror and outright parody. Gary Busey voices the Gingerdead Man with gleeful vulgarity, giving him the same chaotic energy as Freddy Krueger on a sugar high.
The Gingerdead Man 2: Passion of the Crust (2008)

Now inside a low-budget horror film studio, the Gingerdead Man continues his killing spree — this time mocking the filmmaking process itself. He sneaks through sets, kills crew members, and even gets baked into another batch of cookies. The film is more meta, self-aware, and slapstick in tone.
Gingerdead Man 3: Saturday Night Cleaver (2011)

In the third (and weirdest) entry, the Gingerdead Man time travels to the 1970s and infiltrates a roller disco. He kills dancers with disco balls, skate wheels, and glitter, delivering his signature insults and puns along the way. There’s even a Carrie-style bloodbath parody. By this point, the series has embraced its own ridiculousness.
Gingerdead Man vs. Evil Bong (2013)

In a crossover with another Full Moon franchise, the Gingerdead Man is pitted against Eebee, the sentient killer bong from the Evil Bong series. The movie is full of stoner humor, psychedelic visuals, and animated sequences. It’s more comedy than horror, but expands his mythology into the “Full Moon Cinematic Universe.”
